Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Package of 500 gr of Doria Lasagna - 50 cc of oil
- 1 big head onion - 4 fresh tomatoes
- 6 bay leaves - 3 basil leaves
- 600 ml of Whole Milk - 1 tablespoon of flour
-1 tablespoon of butter - 250 gr of Mozzarella Cheese
-80 gr of grates cheese - 450 gr of Ground Meat
- 2 Chicken Breasts

2.Cook the onion for a few minutes, add the ground meat and finally add the tomato cubes, the basil leaves and the bay leaf.
3.We finish cooking over low heat, in case it dries too much
we add a little pasta or tomato sauce.
4.For the white sauce we put to cook in a pot with boiling
water the chicken breasts. When they are tender we remove them and crumble.
5.On the other hand, melt the butter in a saucepan over low
heat. Once melted, add the flour and mix until there are no lumps. Let it cook
for 2 to 3 minutes and lower the heat.6.Add a little hot milk and mix constantly with a whisk. We finish pouring the rest of the milk and with a wooden spoon we stir until reaching the desired thickness in the sauce.
7.Once the sauce is added, add the minced chicken and season
to taste.
8.For the assembly, we spread a little oil, then we put the
first sheets of pasta covering the floor of the refractory, we add Bolognese
sauce and mozarrella cheese.
9.We put another layer of pasta back on and cover it with
white sauce and mozzarella cheese in the same way as the previous step.
10.To finish we cover with pasta sheets and on these a
little of the liquid of one of the two sauces and grated cheese covering all
the preparation.
11.We take the oven preheated to 200ºc for 20 minutes taking
care not to brown too much.
